PreFormance ME is built so you own your SelfCare record. Demo data in this repository lives in a local SQLite file. We do not sell member data to third parties. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Optional 2FA uses TOTP secrets on the user row.

Published-record hashes are SHA-256 fingerprints for verification UI only. They are not a public blockchain mainnet. Educational content is not a medical record under HIPAA unless you deploy this software inside a covered entity with a proper BAA — this demo does not claim production HIPAA certification.
