Micro-Nutrition Monitoring & Management 101
Track the small stuff that runs the big stuff — then manage it week by week.

Lesson 1: Why micro means leverage
Tiny nutrients run huge systems: energy, repair, mood, immunity. You do not need to memorize every mineral. You need a map and a loop.
Lesson 2: Build your baseline
Essential Nutrition Testing and BioScan are optional labs. If you use them, store the results in your private record. If you do not, start with a food log and symptoms.
Lesson 3: The app as assistant
The AI Nutrition App learns meals and snacks you already like. It is a reminder system with analytics — not a personality that owns you.
Lesson 4: Weekly review
T.E.A.M.S. motivation is a weekly glance, not a panic. Look at sleep, protein, minerals, and training load. Adjust one thing.
Lesson 5: Share without surrender
You can show a provider a hash-verified snapshot. You still own the file. That is the point of a record independent of healthcare portals.
Lesson 6: Stay humble
This course does not diagnose disease. If you are in cardiac rehab, diabetes care, or post-physical-therapy, keep your licensed team in the loop. PreFormance is the SelfCare layer beside them.
