Epigenetics 101
Understand how lifestyle changes affect genetic expression — without changing your DNA sequence.

Lesson 1: Your genes are a library
Think of DNA as books on a shelf. Epigenetics is the librarian. The books do not change. The librarian decides which ones get opened this year. Sleep, food, stress, and toxins are how you talk to the librarian.
Lesson 2: On and off switches
Lifestyle can turn genes on or off. That is why two people with similar family history can feel so different. You are not rewriting the code. You are changing which parts run.
Lesson 3: Food talks to cells
What you eat changes how cells work. Minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and fats are the letters in that message. Missing letters make a messy message.
Lesson 4: Stress is chemistry
Cortisol is not a vibe. It is a hormone that changes gene expression. Prayer, breath, friendship, and recovery are how you turn the volume down.
